Musikademy

Musikademy is a bright and friendly place with ample parking and a comfortable waiting area. Adults can help themselves to a hot drink and peruse the newspapers and magazines. There is always a welcome for everyone, includng myself (having been a pupil since time began) and also for my children who both have moderate learning difficulties. In my experience, lessons are rewarding and enjoyable. There is a wide range of instruments available to learn, along with singing lessons. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment.

My three children have been going to Musikademy since it opened. They each have piano lessons and my son is also learning to play the drums. They enjoy the relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. The teachers have a great rapport and ability to understand pupils of all ages. My children are playing both classical and modern pieces on the piano. I love the sense of achievement they get when they can play particular 'pop' songs which mum has to dutifully sing along to! They receive great support whilst working towards exams and have been successful so far. Bekki and Joe are dedicated and hard working and they know how to put the 'fun' element into music! My children are priveleged!

My son Oliver has been taking lessons at Musikademy for 1 1/2 years, he really looks forward to it each week. Joe is an excellent teacher and really encourages his pupils. Oliver managed to gain a distincton in his first drum exam and was delighted.
